本案最大的特征就是把中式园林景观与现代办公场景相融合，把自然的环境融入进高效办公的现代模式里，审美性和实用性兼具。我司设计师合理地规划了相关区域，在各个工作、休闲的功能区旁边穿插进绿植景观，在一片绿意盎然的背景中，开始办公室的工作和生活，让人时时刻刻处于弥漫着中式园林惬意的清雅环境里。在灯光的布置上采用了全局无主灯，多点位分布的模式，通过各种灯具的结合搭配使用，在各种光影效果的渲染下，整个办公环境犹如一幅意境清幽的中式山水画。
开放式的三角工作区与自然景观相结合，让人在工作中时刻能感受到自然的呼吸感，放松身心，减缓视觉和精神的疲劳感。
休闲区灰色小吧台简单低调，让人在工作劳累的时候能随时短暂歇息，靠窗的位置能欣赏窗外的景色放松心情，更好地提升工作的效率。
公共办公区也采用了开放式设计，这样能更好地把办公与自然相结合，同时连通各个区域，增强各区域的交流感，开放的设计也使空间视野更为开阔。
休息区造型沙发凳子别具一格，高低错落有致的摆放着，灵动活泼，犹如中式园林景观的山水图。
路面的设计上，使用了自流平的清水水泥路面，实用大方又朴素自然。
吧台的设计上主要采用了哑光质感的深灰色大理石，材质质感安静古朴，与现代酒吧相结合的搭配，让时尚感与质朴感并存。
处处遍布的绿植景观，使得办公空间的内部充满了生机感与意境美，能更好地激发员工的工作创意。
